Delta Lock™ is a reinforced liner frame lock engineered to eliminate the single-point weakness found in traditional folding knife locks.
Conventional liner and frame locks rely on a single lock face engagement point, creating a single point of failure. Even the strongest designs typically provide only about 1/4 inch of lock face engagement.
The Delta Lock™ takes a fundamentally different approach. It features 1⅝ inches of total lock face engagement, distributed across four separate engagement points. This dramatically increases the contact surface, resulting in greater strength, improved load distribution, and enhanced reliability under hard use.
In the closed position, the Delta Lock intentionally extends slightly beyond the handle. This is by design, allowing it to serve as an integrated glass breaker without requiring an additional tool or compromising the knife's functionality.
